Happy Birthday Amber!!

HaPpY BiRtHdAy AmBeR!!!

           I saw this cake on Pinterest along with all the other millions of delicious, make your mouth water desserts about a month ago and knew I had to make this for Amber.  Amber is my sister-in-law who loves chocolate and M&M's more than anyone I know.!! I can't ever remember a time going to her house where there weren't M&M's laying out on the counter or a pound bag in her purse at all times.  Cookies, rice krispie treats, blizzards, you name it....all M&M flavored. 

           So instead of a cheesey card, I remember and whipped this up last night.  You can call me Mrs Betty Stacy Crocker Thomas from now on and also "Sister-in-Law" of the Year:)

  

The Process

All the ingredients minus the eggs and oil.

1st Layer



Add a 2nd layer with icing in between.

                     

Frost the whole thing and keep your fingers out of it
which was REALLY hard to do at this point:)

    

 Now time for the Kit Kats and keeping your husband away from
    them!!  Good thing I bought a few extra MATT!! 

 Now arrange the whole bag of M&M's on top!
  Then add a bow to hold it all together. 
 Please choose one prettier then mine, but this is all I had in the house.

     

 And........VOILA!!!

And we delivered too...as long as we could get comfy 'n watch a little TV:)
